Hypothesis: Ever increasing human knowledge, generating more advanced and information management audit, is one of the main factors in promoting change in an organization. So to survive and prosper organizations must adopt a new structure which is able to assimilate, apply and use new knowledge and new information technologies

Research questions: 1. How does MRC deal with information flow within the organization? 2. Where is information located? 3. How do workers share the knowledge within the organization? 4. How do people access this information? 5. How do individuals deal with the current information needs? 6. What is your strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats? 7. What is your current information needs? 8. How are the current information sources? 9. How does the organization deal with information overload?
