| dc.description.abstract | The following thesis " Geological study of the Damara Sequence and geochemical analysis of young fluvial sediments, sheet 1813 CD Tomakas, Kaokoveld, Namibia " is the result of a co-operation with the Geological Survey of Namibia. It is organized in two subdivisions: part A and part B. Task of part A (explanatory notes geological map) coros [sic] description of the observed rock formations of the pan-African Damara Sequence with regard to petrographic and structural-geological aspects and the correlation on the stratigraphic findings with those of former studies. Part B deals with mineral exploration on sheet 1813 CD of the Tomakas area.
