In experiment 2 MS medium containing different concentration of agar, the medium with 0 percent agar, 0. 4 percent and 0. 8 percent agar was used. Based on the results, the concentration of agar in the media stimulates both roots, leaves and stem length. The highest number of roots and leaves was obtained from treatment with 0. 8 percent agar concentration. As a conclusion, 0. 8 percent agar concentration can be used in micro propagation of 'Blesbok' variety successfully. However, 0. 4 percent agar concentration can also used since there was less difference in results to 0. 8 percent agar concentration and makes costs per seedling are considerably lower. Similarly in experiment 3 MS medium with gibberellic acid concentration, nodal cuttings were inoculated in MS medium with different concentration of Gibberellic acid, Omg, 0. 1 mg, 1. 0 mg, and 10 mg/1 respectively. Results were recorded after 25 days and number of leaves, roots stem length formed was highest in medium without Gibberellic acid. In jpondusion, Gibberellic acid may promote the formation of roots in 'Blesbok' variety but it has inhibiting effect on growth of leaves, stem and roots
