dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between ICT expansion and unacceptable/illegal practices at workplace in various organizations in Windhoek city. To find out whether the higher ICT use, the higher illegal practices at workplace. The studies consist of 100 participants, male and female who are taken from various organizations that use ICT. The organizations that took part are such as NBC [Namibia Broadcasting Corporation], FNB [First National Bank], GIPF [Government Institutions' Pension Fund], Ministry of Higher Education (IT department), Ministry of Work and Transport Communication, Ministry of Broadcasting and Communication, Polytechnic of Namibia, The Namibian Newspaper, and Sanlam Building (IT department) en_US
dc.description.abstract The research designs were include questionnaires of different types i. e. open-ended and close-ended. This was the research tool that used in data collection. The questionnaires were examining correlations between ICT use and illegal practices at workplace. The significance and limitations of this study are discussed en_US
